So it was a pleasure to receive invites to Sunway Lagoon, Amphitheatre for Aladdin Musical Event. Actually if it wasn't for my sis I wont be able to attend this event, as the tickets were actually her's given by Avante, and so happen that she wont be able to make it, giving me the opportunity to attend such a great event.
Ever since i was a kid, I've watched Aladdin. I love princess Jasmine. I mean come on, im sure many of us do think that princess Jasmine is pretty :) And of cause Aladdin monkey, i forgotten whats his name though, but how can we forget about the monkey.
Genie and Aladdin, weren't too bad but not my favorite character in the movie. I find Genie abit scary when i was a small kid, but after yesterday i find Genie the most awesome character among all :) Why? Purchase a ticket from Sunway Lagoon and watch it yourself, you will find out why. I promise you, your money wont go down the drain.
One word for yesterday musical FANTASTIC. Honestly loved the whole show. The songs they played were awesome as well. They played songs from the 70's like Honey Honey sang by Abba to songs like billionaire by Bruno Mars.
The musical was really great, the cast were really energetic especially Genie! I wanted to record a few part of it, but sadly we weren't allowed to. So i took a few pictures of the musical, however the lighting yesterday were kinda dark and we weren't allowed to use our flash so the picture quality that were taken with my one and only compact camera kinda sux, i apologize for it !
The musical lasted for nearly 2 hours. My favorite part of all, throughout the 2 hours were the part where they sang A Whole New World on the magic carpet. If only magic carpet existed, then i will try forcing my bf to sing A whole new world with me on a magic carpet <3 HEHE
Before i wrap up, here's a few information about this musical :
This musical starts on the 25th of November 2011 till 2nd of January 2011, its held at Sunway Lagoon Amphitheatre. Aladdin Musical is a West End Production, tickets price are from RM 100 - RM 300 for adults and RM 50 - RM 150 for children. The show time for Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday are 8pm and on Saturday 7.15pm and 9.15pm (2 shows available on Saturday).
